本站2月3日消息，AMD已官宣将在今年下半年发布新一代Instinct MI350系列AI加速卡的首款产品MI355X，工艺升级台积电3nm，架构升级CDNA 4，引入FP6、FP4数据类型，搭配288GB HBM3E。

2026年，AMD将继续推出全新的Instinct MI400系列，再次升级架构，但细节暂未公开。

根据AMD最新提交的Linux系统补丁和已知信息，MI400仍然采用复杂的chiplets设计，包含两个AID(有源中介模块)，而每个AID之上的XCD(加速计算模块)，从两个翻番到四个，总计八个。

MI400还会首次引入MID，也就是多媒体输入输出模块(Multimedia IO Die)，将多媒体引擎从AID中分离出来，肯定还会有其他一些IO模块。

MI400应该会配备两个MID，每个AID上一个。

值得一提的是，RX 9000系列游戏卡将会首次改用统一的UDNA架构，图形渲染、加速计算放在一起，MI400系列应该也会引入UDNA。
